working out for me is not always the most enjoyable thing in the world, especially after working 8 hours and then going to school right after that! i live a crazy/busy life at the moment & after all day of being on the go the last thing i usually want to do is go running! these are some of the tricks that i use to make myself a little more focused on the goal i want to achieve.

1.) make exercise easy: i am a huge fan of JILLIAN MICHAELS, toughest trainer you could ever get...she will definitely kick your butt! i have all 3 of her videos, and if i ever need a good workout right away without putting to much thought into it she is it! by the end of her video you will be completely out of breath and sweating like no other!

2.) work towards a goal: my goal for me right now is to tone up. for you it could be a special event coming up, or you just really would like to get healthier. either way its a goal and it helps you to focus energy towards it.

3.) music: i am the type of person that cannot run without music to save my life!!! if there is nothing playing, you can bet i will not be moving. i listen to anything that can get me pumped and not thinking about how much i have to do. i completely zone everything else out and focus on the music.

4.) reveal success: i love feeling like i have accomplished something! when i start to notice positive changes to my body i am more excited about working out more because i see that it is working.

use these 4 examples and let me know how it works out for you! i know they have worked for me and can work for you as well. good luck.
